Sixth International Sports Law and Taxation Seminar

Date: 3 & 4 December 2009.

This years programme will consist out of two parts. There will be tax technical updates of the recent developments in legislation and practice in various countries: i.e. The Netherlands, Spain, France, Monaco, United Kingdom and Germany. In addition a programme has been designed on sports law. This programme has been compiled in close co-operation with Prof. Ian Blackshaw.

The two topics have been divided over the two days as follows: the morning sessions will deal with international tax issues whereas the afternoon sessions will deal with sports law topics. Sportslaw topics include EU Competition and Other Regulatory Developments, Sports TV-rights, Legal Aspects of Players Agents, Sports Management and Marketing Agreements and Regulation of sports betting activities.
